Management:Santosh Pradhan, CEO Santosh has more than 20 years of IT experience. Santosh has vast experience working on various platforms, various functional area, and at all levels of an IT project. Santosh ran his own successful IT business in India during 1989-93, before he came to the USA in 1995. Santosh has worked for many corporate clients like: GE Electric, Spartan Stores, Qwest Communication, Cable Labs, American Management Systems (AMS), United Defense Limited Partnership (UDLP), etc. As a consultant, Santosh has also worked for many state government agencies, such as: Department of Labor (Agency for Workforce Innovations), Department of Agriculture, Division of workers compensation, Department of Community Affairs, and Department of Health. Santosh is big proponent of using methodologies on large scale IT projects. Santosh has helped various clients implement new business processes such as: RUP, and ITIL. Santosh?s forte is to implement effective Change Management processes on large IT projects. In his recent consulting job Santosh is helping the Florida Department of Health implement the ITIL Change Management, Configuration Management and Release management processes through out the department. Santosh has ITIL Foundation certification in Service Management.
