• At least 4 years of Business Analysis experience working on IT projects

• Exposure to Project Management is desirable.

• At least 2 years experience recruiting candidates for IT firm
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in any technical capacity in IT field is plus.

Senior .NET Developers

• At least 2 years of .NET experience, with VB.NET or C#
• At least 5 years of experience developing web based application
• Strong knowledge of ASP and ASP.NET
• Substantial development experience in SQL Server or Oracle database/s.

• Masters in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering
• At least 4 years of J2EE experience
• At least 5 years of experience developing web based application
• At least 5 years of experience in Public Sector
• Self Starter, and need to work on client or in-house development efforts
• Substantial development experience in SQL Server or Oracle database/s.
• Expertise with J2EE, Java and strong object-oriented design concepts
• Independent and self-motivated person, and ability to take decisions independently
• Exposure to Project Management is desirable
• Ability to engineer large as well as small software solutions which can be extensible beyond the initial scope of the project.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and possess good analytical, oral and written communications skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
